Lovely Family in West London (20 min walk to the famous Portobello Road) are seeking a Monday-Thursday, live in Nanny!
The Family have two gorgeous children, B4 years and G18 months. The Family needs a nanny to start with them in early April. The hours will be Monday-Thursday, 7.45am - 7pm with 1 night of babysitting included Mon-Thur (likely a Thursday) The Family would also require 2 x Friday mornings per month from 8am till 12pm. B4 started school last September, his school is a 20 min walk from the Family home. Mum will usually do school drop off but on occasion the nanny will need to drop him to school in the morning with the toddler. He will need to be picked up each day at 3pm. Mum has recently gone back to work after being on maternity leave, she will primarily be working from home, 3-4 days per week. B4 values the Montessori approach. They want to empower both children to do things themselves (within reason) and as a result, installing independence and confidence from a young age. The role would suit a candidate with a child-lead approach, someone who will be on the same page with mum about bringing up their children to be secure, happy individuals. The family has a membership at Jaego's house, this is a family club which has brilliant activities and classes for kids. The nanny can take G18 months during the day, let her play on the soft play and attend different playgroups and socialise with other toddlers. The parents are both British, Mum was brought up in New York and Dad is from Dorset, originally. Both sets of grandparents are in Dorset now and the Family like to visit them during half/term and holidays. They would love it if the nanny would come on some of these trips and accompany them on some international travel throughout the year. They enjoy going to Ibiza and having a skiing holiday. The family have a French Bull dog called Stella. The Nanny will need to take her for a quick walk around the block each day and give her dinner at 5pm.
