We are looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Head Office in Richmond.
Job Purpose
As a member of the Retail Operations team, the coordinator plays an important role as a brand ambassador, ensuring the field retail team are well supported within their roles and operational excellence across all Jigsaw Retail Stores and concessions. This is a varied role with time spent maintaining the day-to-day operations and supporting across a variety of store development and operational projects.
The Retail Coordinator will:
- Aid in ensuring effective, first-time right communication from head offices to stores.
- Support in the resolution of simple and advanced store-based challenges.
- Provide consistent operational support to Head of Retail, Regional Managers, cluster managers and Store Managers on all aspects of the retail business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures all Jigsaw ways of working are aligned in stores to deliver best in class store processes and procedures.
- Prepares effective weekly communication, ensuring information is store friendly (Drive a culture of Reward and Recognition with The Retail Ops team through journal content and incentives).
- Maintains retail policies & procedures on our internal site – InsideJigsaw.
- Works alongside Property team on store development projects, including initial set up of suppliers and arranging opening orders for new store operational set up.
- Oversee the checklist for new store openings and closures.
- Sets up and manages relationships with suppliers and processes invoices and requisitions for Retail.
- Contributes to the response of Operational queries from retail stores.
- Collate information as required for Head of Retail & Regional Managers – chase up deadlines. (P&L queries/Periodic Event Collation).
- Collate and produce reports on tactical/promotional communication.
- Assist in coordination and execution of retail events - Bi-annual Manager Meetings, training meetings, Health & Safety Sessions.
- Updating store nav cards and Shopify with, opening hours.
- Supports in the roll out of the Retail Roadmap projects alongside Head of Retail.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties identified by HOR.

- Advanced IT skills, particularly in excel, forms and Sway Retail experience is advantageous.
