Join a world leading training provider as a Telesales Advisor and speak with potential learners about the most suitable training options.
Working from their office in Hessle, Hull.
THE JOB:
Working within a team of five salespeople, you will be dealing with warm leads:
- Speaking to potential customers via live chat, email and telephone (both inbound and outbound)
- Establish a prospect's needs and affordability, then close them to become a customer
- Some customer services and administration
- Working in a team of five people, there are team and individual targets.
- Hours 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of telesales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivated to hit targets
- Basic IT skills
- Live within a reasonable commute of Hessle.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Basic salary, National Minimum Wage
- Commission realistically takes earnings to £30,000 in year one
