Job description
NV are looking for an Oracle Cloud Product Owner (focused on Oracle HCM) to provide leadership, governance, consultancy, and direction for the enhancements, management, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Remote working role with occasional travel
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the governance, implementation, management, and support of Oracle Cloud systems Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Cloud systems in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement system enhancements and customizations to meet business requirements.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to colleagues working with Oracle Cloud systems ato ensure the delivery of high-quality work and professional growth.
- Oversee the integration of Oracle Cloud systems with other enterprise applications and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in Oracle Cloud systems management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track system performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with Oracle partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Oracle Cloud systems to continuously improve system functionality and performance.
- Ensure operational integrity and optimal business use of the Oracle Cloud systems.
- Identify emerging trends in tools to better align technical solutions with needs.
- Work with complementary teams – including HR, Core technology and development teams – to integrate and optimize data and process flows where appropriate.
- Give thoughtful feedback to business partners and IT counterparts to improve services
- Coordinate closely with the IT Security team those security features required across all platforms of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Functional expertise Oracle Cloud systems (ERP & HCM).
- Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to persuade, encourage, motivate, and read communication styles of colleagues who may come from a broad spectrum of disciplines, cultures, and locations.
- Demonstrate ability to synthesize large volumes of information and present it in a manner that is appropriate for differing audiences, ranging from global executive committee to technical teams.
- Strong written presentation and oral communication skills.
