Job description
Purdy Contracts Limited, part of Kinovo Plc, have an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their team located at their Head Office, E4. (Due to the location of the Head Office, please check your route as the office is not easily accessible via public transport).
The main purpose of this role is to support the Financial Controller in day-to-day operations of the central Finance function.
Duties include:
• To assist with the Sales Ledger for two subsidiaries
• To assist Accounts Receivable, to raise Sales Invoices using operational database
• Monitor and deal effectively with the Accounts Office Email inbox – responding as necessary, and efficiently to Email’s
• Update Master Spreadsheets to reflect all valuations and invoices when raised. Prepare Sales Report weekly. Month end tasks
• Interface errors – maintenance of interfaces/portal. Use client interfaces to reconcile and prepare invoices
• Assist with year-end audit preparation
• Ad hoc tasks for the Financial Controller
You will have:
• Financial experience within a similar role an advantage.
• Preferably working towards a finance qualification (AAT), or willing to study for such qualification in the future
