Great brokerage company are urgently searching for someone to come in make this job their own. The role is a mix between Accounts Receivable and Operations for the Shipping team.
Daily shipping billing - Inputting trade detail for invoices
Checking queries in Shipping inbox
Chasing Shipping outstanding
Running outstanding reports for the Shipping desk
Checking queries in Receivables inbox
Creating customer set ups
Completion of vendor forms and verifying bank details
Trade entry system amendments
Face to face communication with brokers on their trade queries
Application of receipt queries
