Job description

TWO administrators URGENTLY needed to work in Antrim Area Hospital. Both are working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, have immediate starts available and both have a pay rate of £11.11 per hour. It is expected that these posts will last around 6 months but there is a possibility for extension.

The main purpose of these roles will be to provide a high standard of clerical support to the service by providing accurate record keeping of results, files etc coupled with excellent telephone skills taking accurate information in a professional and efficient manner.

What We Need From You:

• 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language. Equivalent qualifications may be considered. 
• 1 year office experience
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 

What We Will Offer You:

• £11.11 per hour
• A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
