Are you an empathetic Mental Health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?

We are now recruiting for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to join a well-established NHS trust based in Lancaster, Lancashire, on a locum contract. The post on offer will be an immediate start for an ongoing period, Working full-time/part-time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 MH practitioner to work within the Lancaster and Morecambe Home-Based Treatment team. Car driver essentials: We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the post. The duties of this role are outlined in the attached job description and person specification. The successful Practitioner will manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs in the community.

Skills and experience needed:

• Managing a caseload
• Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
• Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
• Can work well independently and as part of the team
