Information regarding the Neurodiversity Pathway The Neurodiversity Pathway is a developing integrated pathway within Children & Family Health Devon. The Neurodiversity Pathway is a Locality based Pathway with a clear focus on maintaining a Devonwide consistency. We have been working closely with the Integrated Care Board, as part of the Devon Neurodiversity Gamechanger, developing an integrated system of support for the needs of young people in Devon. The Integrated Neurodiversity Team provides specialist assessment and intervention for children and young people and their families where the presenting need relates to conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Tics and Tourette Syndrome. The appointed Senior Mental Health Practitioners will become valuable members of the multi-disciplinary team, working with colleagues including Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychiatry, Occupational Therapy, Systemic Psychotherapy, and Mental Health Practitioners from a diverse range of backgrounds. Joining this Pathway will provide a unique opportunity to work in a team with a strong multidisciplinary ethos as well as collaborating with colleagues in other pathways and working in partnership with other agencies.
