Senior IT Service Delivery Manager
West London
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join a leading, forward-thinking company that are currently going through a huge period of growth!

This tech-led business are going to be entering a large period of technical transformation bringing in new platforms and offerings to advance their services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the successful delivery of IT Strategies set out by the business leaders
* Create and develop KPIs and identify areas of efficiencies
* Identify technology initiatives that will enable operational effectiveness
* Manage all vendors and out sourced partners
* Research and identify new system solutions to evolve the capability of IT and wider teams
* Provide monthly reports to the Senior Leaders

Key Skills:

* Previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager
* Project management skills with the ability to manage many initiatives at once
* Strong skills with budgeting and financial management
* Any previous experience on technical transformations within Office 365, Power Pi, SQL or SAP 4 Hana
* Interest or experience on ERP platforms
