Location: SkyPark, Glasgow
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, Flexible & Hybrid Working
Salary: OTE 40K & extensive benefits package

We are looking for a new leasing specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing business levels through management of web sales, incoming email and telephone enquiries for consumer car leasing.

What will I be doing

• Speaking to our customers daily and representing ICL
• Prepare and follow up quotations for all sales enquiries
• Manage all inbound enquiries from website, email and telephone
• Responsibility for proposing clients/prospects for credit proposals
• Set times of the day to prospect new customers/follow up calls
• Upload new deals onto database before passing to sales support
• Working closely with Sales Support to ensure a well-managed delivery process for both new business and renewed vehicles.
• Communicating professionally with funding partners
• Maximise opportunities to enhance profit margin
• Provide frequent up to date reports on sales and sales opportunities

What will I need to succeed 

• Great customer service and call skills
• Previous sales team experience
• Car leasing/sales sector knowledge is highly advantageous
• Ability to close sales and gain commitment
• Ability to identify opportunities and handle full end-to-end sales processes
• Ability to organise your day and workload well
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal skills, with internal and external clients
• Strong IT proficiency, ability to use/learn new software or databases
