Excellent new commercial property role for an experienced commercial property lawyer looking for a new challenge. Our client is a well-established practice with a strong presence and reputation in Torquay.
The successful candidate can expect to work on a broad and wide range of commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, property sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential developments, conditional agreements, business transfers, and commercial Landlord and Tenant matters.
