Reporting to the Product Quality Manager, you will be improving quality performance both internally and with customers; analyzing market failures, leading investigations and understanding root causes. This company strives to deliver continuous improvement practices, therefore, regular audits and risk assessment will be required to increase the performance of their range of technology. You will be joining the company during an exciting phase of growth and will be working with bleeding-edge products that are used on a global scale. This will be the ideal role for someone who has experience in product quality improvement, both in theory and practice. They must be able to interpret field failures and provide internal solutions, often leading cross-functional teams. Core quality tools like 8D, Gauge, R&R and MSA are essential. Any electronic/laser technology experience, knowledge of FMEA, SAP or ISO900 and a Six Sigma qualification would be seen as advantageous. Preferred Qualifications:
HNC / HND / Degree level in a relevant area preferred (such as quality, manufacturing, engineering)
Quality Engineering / Six Sigma qualification advantageous
