Salary: £34,000 per annum
Term-time, Fixed-Term Contract

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to spearhead a school's front-of-house operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a school environment, although demonstrated proficiency in team management, adeptness under pressure, and excellent communication skills are critical.
In this role, you'll engage with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, parents, governors, and community members. We're looking for someone with a passion for driving operational excellence by enhancing activities. This position offers a fast-paced environment where each day presents unique challenges and opportunities.
School Office Manager Job Summary: - Efficiently oversee the school office, providing crucial support to the Head Teacher and ensuring seamless execution of daily administrative tasks.
- Manage front-of-house responsibilities, warmly greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and aiding in school event coordination.
- Supervise administrative protocols and systems, encompassing data management, health & safety compliance, and upkeep of the school website.
School Office Manager Requirements: - Previous experience within a school office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in SIMS software is essential.
- Demonstrated organisational prowess and effective communication abilities, with prior experience in overseeing administrative functions preferred.
- Possess resilience, enthusiasm, and a deep-seated commitment to fostering the learning and growth of young learners.
