Business Development Consultant – Flexible Working – Rochester – £27,000pa (OTE 32K)Are you a team player? Driven by team sales?Experienced in identifying sales opportunities and driven by building relations B2B via phone consulting and winning business?Look no further. Our client is, looking for an ambitious, resilient, proven and team orientated Business Development Consultant, who is dedicated to elevating the customer experience for their clients, offering consistency and quality service, driving successful sales.This is a fast-paced role where your phone skills will be evident. You will be-* Actively making calls, planning and pitching products and services on a daily basis.* Researching and connecting with the decision makers in the market place daily.* Establishing the need for your product through questions skills* Closing the sale successfully reaching your targets weeklyDevelopment training will be provided, however prior experience within phone sales, targets and influencing is essential, along with demonstrable consultative skills and a commission based mindset. If you also have prior experience with CRM systems, that would be highly desirable.They are an innovative and dynamic company experiencing rapid growth with exciting new products hitting the global market.
