Superb new opportunity for an experienced corporate associate to join this outstanding corporate team in Berkshire.
Joining this successful top tier corporate department, you will handle high quality transactional work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, MBOs/MBIs and corporate finance work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and LLPs across a range of sectors including retail & leisure, technology and property.
Due to increasing client demand, the partners are keen to appoint an NQ + solicitor with previous corporate experience at least gained during their training contract. This is a great chance to spread your wings and develop your experience further in a key role offering excellent career prospects as well as a comprehensive and very competitive rewards structure.
