Litigation Legal Secretary/Assistant | Birmingham city centre
A well established and successful Solicitors are seeking a secretary to provide an affective support to the Litigation team. You will be providing a high level of accurate, confidential secretarial and administrative support to Solicitors.
Key Duties - Providing full support to Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
- Typing letters, emails, and documents from dictation.
- Handle and manage telephone calls, visitors, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and the firm’s policies in general
Key Skills/Experience Required - Have experience and knowledge of working within a Litigation department, but not essential.
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
- Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person. Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
