Job Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing function across a number of core areas including website management, external communications, analytics and reporting. You will assist with Tiger’s digital marketing, including email newsletters, social media, podcasts and events, with a strong focus on long form written content. It is your responsibility to maintain quality and consistency across all communications, driving engagement and new business leads.
Working within a collaborative and established team, this is an environment where we work closely together to achieve positive results. We are looking for an all-hands-on-deck person who is happy to jump in and help during busier periods, be that helping out at events, editing a video or coordinating a LinkedIn Live. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who might have one to two years of content writing experience and is looking to finesse their writing expertise within HR and recruitment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Digital content creation
- Plan and create insightful digital communications across:
- HR-targeted articles and email newsletters
- Press releases and comments as and when required
- Videos and podcasts
- Tiger Recruitment’s social media channels
- Review analytics and content performance to test and finesse future content strategies
- Coordinate the topics and themes of HR-facing events, ensuring a high level of professionalism is displayed
- Research, write and produce in-depth white paper reports to be used as a lead generation tool across all digital platforms
- Ensure all content meets the requirements set by Tiger Recruitment’s brand guidelines, style guidelines and tone of voice guidelines
- Proactively approach and engage with internal and external contributors, growing and managing contributor relationships through interviews and partnerships
- Social media
- Plan, write and schedule content across X and LinkedIn, ensuring all target audiences are reached, monitoring engagement and uplift
- Ensure Social Bee is up to date and the library is functioning correctly
- Respond and engage with Tiger’s social community as and when required
- Review monthly analytics and performance to test and finesse future content
Digital marketing
- Increase conversion rates and ROI alongside other members of the marketing team to contribute to engagement and website traffic
- Use WordPress CMS, Social Bee, Canva, Google Suite, UberSuggest, AHrefs, Mailchimp tools
- Complete ongoing training and research to ensure Tiger Recruitment’s content marketing activity observes best industry practice
Skills and experience
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ideally, successful candidates will have held at least 1-2 years in a similar role
- Experience with a CMS is preferred
- Some experience adhering to brand guidelines
- University degree in marketing, publishing, journalism, graphic design or similar preferred
