Location: Remote and Office based, Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Salary: Circa £35K depending on experience

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week – minimum 50% office based

We are looking for an experienced  Account Manager to join our growing team, a focused and results driven individual able to build and maintain client relationships as well as help to develop the team and processes.

Key Skills/Attributes

• Critical thinking, problem solving, analytic skills and decision making are all fundamental to this role
• Using a variety of data sources, for example documentation, client requests, multiple systems and reports to provide solutions for our clients and internal requests
• Communicate with clients, key stakeholders at all managerial levels to understand technical and non-technical requirements in order for the business to deliver
• Process data, analysing and interpreting the results using different approaches and business intelligence tools to display the findings
• Direct, manage and motivate team members to deliver on agreed objectives. Use project management skills to understand and apply business case and risk management processes
• Client Service and pro-active Client relationship management experience
• Influencing and persuasion skills
• Microsoft Excel is a requirement whereby the applicant will have a high level of competency with the software and will be required to use it’s various functions, features and formulas
• Planning and organisation skills
