Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Location: Belfast (flexibility to travel across NI)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (8-5pm)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job roles will include but are not limited to:

• Leading projects
• Meeting clients to determine the needs of the contract and to discuss any areas that may need revised for price or feasibility.
• Assisting with the calculation of material quantities and costs, labour costs
• Monitoring and overseeing site staff, including subcontractors’, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
• Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment
• Writing reports detailing costs and progress for clients
• Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.

  Must have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry
• Experience working with NEC contracts
• Valid Driving License
• Ability to work within specified timeframes
• Ability to use own initiative
• Strong attention to detail
