Litigation Lawyer
A Litigation Lawyer with good Civil Procedure Rules experience is required by a very well established, successful and busy private practice legal firm to work within their Litigation department.
The firm located within the New Forest Park and have good commuting links to both Southampton and Bournemouth.
The Role
The successful Litigation Lawyer will work closely with a senior partner managing a case load of mixed commercial and civil litigation files including property disputes, boundary disputes, dilapidations, landlord & tenant disputes, building disputes and professional negligence claims.
The successful Lawyer will be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a passion of contentious work, good knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
Working as part of a team whilst also managing your own caseload of files there is plenty support and opportunity to work upon varied, interesting and good quality work.
Salary £30,000 to £65,000 dependent upon experience.
