Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an attractive and unique Employee Benefits Assistant Consultant role, in Warwickshire,

Your role will primarily involve providing administrative support to the Employee Benefits Director. You will work closely with the director and assist in various tasks related to client management, research, and compliance.

Your duties will involve but not be limited to:

• Provide administrative support to the Employee Benefits Director, including client liaison, attending meetings, preparing recommendation reports, monitoring actions arising from client meetings, drafting correspondence, and sending information to clients.
• Research the marketplace for corporate pensions and risk-benefit solutions, and stay updated with product, legislative, and technical changes.

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a corporate IFA or employee benefits support role
• Ideally experience in utilizing Intelligent Office or Xplan
• Attention to detail and accuracy
