We are looking to recruit 2 Telephone Market Researchers on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will be joining a small, friendly team and having previously placed candidates at the company we can vouch for what a great bunch they are!
Details of the Telephone Market Researcher position:
• Salary: £22,308 pro rata
• Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week
• Flexible start times to suit: 9AM – 5PM or 10AM – 6PM
• Duration: 6 months
• Fully remote
• ASAP start
Duties of the Telephone Market Researcher:
• Calling learners to obtain feedback about the course they have completed
• Establishing the types of jobs the learners have been successful in following completion of the course
• Inputting the answers onto an online system
Skills/Attributes required for the Telephone Market Researcher role:
• A professional, polite and friendly telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A positive, enthusiastic demeanour!
