Being a part of the illustrious Sureserve Group, Sureserve Fire & Electrical provides fire and electrical compliance services nationwide, ensuring safe environments for residents and workers within properties and buildings.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our busy growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors and supervise installation & commissioning works from point of order to handover, ensuring all paperwork is in place and jobs are completed on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with:

• Line manager for workload and forecasting
• Estimator / Designer
• Subcontractors to carry out works
• Clients to keep them up to date with progress

Producing:

• Project P&L
• Revenue Forecast
• POW’s (Programs of works)
• Site paperwork & O&M’s

Ensuring all:

• H&S Documentation is in place and shared
• Materials are in stock and ready for installation
• All paperwork is handed over and in place
• Works are delivered safely; on time and to budget
• Adequate site visits
• Client satisfaction is reviewed
• o Audits are carried out to ensure installations:
  • Meet RAMs
  • Estimate/Design
  • British Standards
  • Company specifications

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Assimilate information quickly and form an action or judgment in the interest of the company
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in person and via the telephone
• Good understanding of the relevant British Standards for Fire Alarms, Sprinklers and/or Passive fire protection
• A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
