A charity supporting the neuro-diverse community are looking for a volunteer HR specialist, who is a skilled professional who can collaborate with them to co-produce an Inclusive Recruitment and Health Retention policy.
What will you be doing?We are seeking a volunteer HR specialist who can actively participate in the collaborative development of an Inclusive Recruitment and Health Retention Policy. This volunteer would focus on enhancing the recruitment and retention strategies tailored specifically to individuals with Neurodiversity.
