About the role:
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a vital role in our sales team, driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include calling and actively selling to new and existing clients, conducting meetings, and actively pursuing leads to generate sales and exceed targets. More detailed responsibilities include:
- Engage in proactive cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
- Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Actively follow up on leads and opportunities, maintaining a consistent flow of communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
