**You will either need to drive or be dropped off and picked up due to the remote location of Grafton Manor - there is only one bus that runs hourly along the main road** Job Advert Role Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Registered Nurse at Grafton Manor. We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our friendly team! Grafton Manor is a 19 bed service providing highly specialised neuro-behavioural rehabilitation for men and women aged 18 years and older, with an acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and strokes. The rehabilitation programme at Grafton Manor is particularly aimed at helping people who have experienced cognitive, behavioural and emotional changes as a consequence of brain injury to ensure they can access all areas of rehabilitation. Grafton Manor is in a quiet village in peaceful countryside and includes an attractive, historic and purpose-fitted cottage called The Chantry, a flat and a studio flat. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate their skills and experiences in engaging with patients, effectively managing risk and promoting patient involvement in their care and treatment. As a Registered Nurse you will work with a large multidisciplinary team including a Consultant psychiatrist, other registered mental health nurses, healthcare assistants, Therapists (including a Consultant Psychologist, Physiotherapist and an Occupational therapist). You will be involved in the assessment, planning and implementation of patient care. You will also be expected to attend daily multidisciplinary handover meetings, ward rounds and CPA meetings.
