37.5 hours + Permanent
Salary: Up to £23,400.00 (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Business Service Associate to join our team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Strong technology skills to be able to ensure that data is entered, analysed, managed and used accurately and efficiently.This includes financial systems, CRMs and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
Strong customer service skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills with ability to problem solve, analyse data and communicate solutions
Ability to works cooperatively with others to achieve goals and encourages the contribution of all members of a team.
You are a great communicator with different people at different levels.
Excellent telephone manner.
Providing excellent customer service whilst managing a high level of enquiries.
Duties of this role include:
You are responsible for reducing debt through innovation, whilst building key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You ensure outstanding debt is settled within terms across a variety of accounts.
You ensure debt ledger is well maintained, with transactions entered accurately and within SLA
You investigate complex accounts, analyse common trends and identify solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
You build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Insurance Companies and NHS Integrated Care Boards.
You manage a high volume of queries.
You work across various areas of the Credit Control department.
You comply with all relevant mandatory training.
Providing excellent customer service whilst managing a high level of enquiries.
Resolving queries whilst on the telephone or raising them with the necessary department.
