CRM Manager
York - Remote
3 month temp - up to £27ph
We are currently looking for a CRM Manager to work within a higher education setting. The post-holder will be responsible for developing and implementing a CRM system that will influence prospective students' choices. You will design and deliver targeted and measurable communications based on the student decision making process. Along with collaborating with various teams within and outside the Student Recruitment and Admissions department to ensure a coherent and effective CRM strategy.
Responsibilities - The role involves developing and implementing the University's CRM strategy and activities, with a focus on electronic communications, data management and reporting.
- The role also involves working with various stakeholders to create and send targeted communications to prospective students, support outreach teams, monitor customer feedback and enhance CRM services.
- The role requires a quality-first approach to data integrity, compliance with data protection laws and good practice, and staying updated with CRM best practice and technologies.
- The role also entails contributing to the recruitment planning and reporting, advising on future CRM developments, and working with suppliers to deliver an effective and efficient CRM function.
Experience Required
- Experience of using a CRM system to influence customer behaviour.
- Experience of delivering excellent standards of customer service.
- Experience of working with MS Dynamics.
- Experience of contributing to the development of strategy.
- Experience of measuring the impact of activities and developing reports to inform decision-making about future activity and resource allocation.
- Experience of working within a higher education environment.
