The role:

Have a passion for food.
40 hours per week working Monday to Friday
Plan, prepare, cook, and present food to the standards required.
Create and develop the menu offer with exciting innovations.
Manage a team to include all sections of retail, deli, main kitchen, Hospitality, and café
Always lead by example
Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy.
Create and develop the menu offer with exciting innovations.
Set objectives and be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen.
Maintain records relating to food production activities and supplier information.

Skills required:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Successful progressive background in catering
Strong Supervisory experience

Qualifications/Certifications:
Level 2 food Hygiene qualification
City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2 Catering NVQ Level 2 in cookery
