Your new company
Hays Education is looking for a qualified Spanish teacher to support in a temporary job within a secondary school located in Newcastle. The role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of different abilities.
Your new role
- Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to secondary school students.
- Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans that meet the needs of students with different abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school activities as required.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with students of different abilities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and schedules.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
