Position: Asset Care Engineer

Location: Gloucester

Job Type: Permanent

Our client a globally recognised manufacturing business based in Gloucester are on the hunt for a Asset Care Engineer.

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role you will be focusing on all aspects of introduction, performance, reliability and validation of processes and machine tools. You will play a key part in continuous improvement activities and how the companies maintenance schedule and structure is measured to improve. Other responsibilities include:

• Develop work plans in line with reliability improvement
• Maintain systems and controls to ensure that quality production delivery is at the forefront of all activities
• Generate and execute improvement plans
• Use data to prioritise activity and measure improvements

Experience or Qualifications –

• HNC/HND/Apprentice qualified or equivalent standards in electrical or mechanical skills
• Understanding of quality and regulatory systems
• Ability and capability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels of the business
• Demonstratable experience in delivering improvements projects within and Engineering field

Candidates who currently are an Asset Care Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Team Leader would be suitable for this position.
