Website Administrator
Bournemouth

A fantastic opportunity awaits to join this leading online ECommerce business based in Bournemouth. As the Website Administrator, you will play a pivotal part in every stage of the process, ensuring that products are not only correctly set up on the systems but also configured accurately, added to group websites, and merchandised to the highest standards in accordance with industry best practices. This is a hybrid working position once the probationary period has been completed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Ecommerce and web development teams.
• Help to oversee the development, management, and merchandising of new products.
• Setting up elements and processes for new products.
• Provide support in researching third-party manufacturing or supply options.
• Assist in business development efforts.
• Regularly report on and optimize new product introductions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Marketing qualification/degree, or equivalent marketing experience would be ideal, but not essential. 
• Proficiency in handling large product databases with expertise in bulk product data management and administration.
• Understanding of product marketing, product management, and broader commercial processes.
• Working knowledge of how online stores work.
