Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £76-£80 per day

Hours: 8.30 AM - 3.30 PM

Location:  Leatherhead

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide essential support within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational and social development of students.
• Work closely with teachers to support classroom activities and learning strategies.
• Provide one-to-one assistance for students who require additional help.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation.
• Aid in the development and implementation of individual education plans.
• Support students with special needs or disabilities to ensure their full inclusion in the classroom.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an educational or support role is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, understanding, and the ability to motivate and encourage students.
• A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
