Salary: £29,269 - £31,364

Step into our ‘ Outstanding ’ Integrated Front Door service, providing a 24/7, 365-day response to concerns for children and young people. Serving as a centralised access point aligned with statutory and local guidelines, we prioritise child safety and well-being.

As a Young Carer Assessor Practitioner, you play a crucial role in identifying specific needs and coordinating support through commissioned services. In this role, you'll assess the unique needs of those under 18 caring for loved ones facing health challenges or substance misuse. Your tailored assessments are instrumental in ensuring their well-being, protection, and development.

Your dedication to upholding practice standards and staying current with legislation is paramount. Whether you bring experience in health or social care or aspire to attain qualifications, your strong interpersonal skills will positively impact the lives of these young people.
