Your new company
A retail business operating from their Bolton office, are actively searching for a specialist administrator within their customer service team. This role is available due to internal development as the team is now expanding therefore, seeking support on a temporary basis to join their business. This position does have the potential to become a permanent placement, based on performance.
This is a great opportunity to develop and gain new skills, the working structure of this role is office based, during probation and working hours are 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday with an hour's lunch break. Working alternative Saturdays 08:30am - 12:30pm is required.
Your new role As Customer Service Administrator your duties will include supporting the customer service team, taking incoming calls, dealing with enquiries, and liaising with different departments. Along with general administrative duties which may include, but not limited to, responding to emails, and organising a shared inbox and uploading invoices onto the data base.
What you\'ll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you should be confident speaking with customers and should excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
Along with outstanding verbal and written communications skills, strong time management and should be well organised.
You must be proficient in Microsoft office including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel and advanced PowerPoint.
What you\'ll get in return In return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary up to £25,000 DOE and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period, along with 25 days annual leave, plus bank. On a temporary placement you will receive weekly pay via Hays and will have a dedicated Hays Recruitment consultant to help and support you without your enrolment.
