Job description
My client is a unique specialist contractor in Rail M&E. To support their current and upcoming workload my client are seeking motivated, ambitious individuals to join their expanding team with a view to progress further. This role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) , Quantity Surveyors will be considered also.
Job Description:
Our client prides themselves in providing end to end delivery of projects for the likes of Network Rail and London Underground.
The role details include:
- Working remotely – travel maybe required from time to time
- Cost Planning/Management
- Monthly Forecasting/Reporting
- Working very closely with the wider team
- The main role will be to manage the commercial delivery of all assigned projects
- Report financial results in a responsible manner to meet the needs of the business while developing client relationships.
- In this role you will be responsible for Commercial performance of projects to achieve optimum recovery and cash flow. Effective and fair management of Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
Requirements
- Rail/Civils background
- HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying
- NEC3 contract experience
- Main contract experience
- Worked on Rail Electrical projects
