Job description

IMMEDIATE START. A fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work with our client a Seed processor in St Neots. Long term ongoing role that will lead to a permanent position following a successful trial period, Working Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm. Pay is £16.82 per hour.

The role will involve maintaining the buildings, production lines and equipment in line with schedules and as the need arises. Initially working in the Whittlesford site before transferring to St Neots when fully operational. This will include:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across the shift
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Help Shape a preventative maintenance plan and perform scheduled work
• Weld and fabricate parts as required
• Read and interpret plans and schematics
