- Act as a trusted Technical Lead for key clients.

- o Talking to clients about the products and services we offer.
- o Following up on persistent or complex issues and major projects.
- o Working with Account Managers to design and recommend solutions.
- o Taking ownership of Client Information within Internal systems – is everything up to date?
Main Job Purpose: Provide extensive support and guidance on a wide range of IT services and technologies, including Microsoft, Google, and Apple platforms.
Manage field support team in a particular area, providing escalated support for technical colleagues and directing clients via the relevant service board.
Participate in and lead IT project work at client sites.
Working with Account Managers as part of a “Client Team”, acting as Technical Lead for specific customers, recommending, advising, and guiding on their strategic IT plans.
What you will do - Management of other IT Consultants in the area & delivery of regular 121s
- Monitor IT service board escalations and progress accordingly.
- Act as an escalation point for service requests received.
- Attending site visits when necessary to help resolve issues.
- Maintain clear communication to the team and clients.
- Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites.
- Takes a lead on larger project work.
- Training of other IT Consultants, where appropriate.
- Keep internal documentation up to date to assist team learning.
What you will need - Certification: Relevant base-level certifications in appropriate networking or operating systems, e.g. CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCP.
- Current network troubleshooting skills, including excellent 'working knowledge' of LAN & WAN technologies, including IPv4, VPNs, VLANs, iSCSI, SNMP etc.
- Administration of Windows Active Directory, including Microsoft Office 365 suite and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with firewalls, SANs & either Cisco or Aruba switch networks.
- Experience in configuring VMWare and Microsoft Hyper V Clustering.
- Experience in recent Microsoft Server 2016-2019 builds.
- Experience using Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft InTune to manage endpoints
- Experience in solution design in Microsoft and Google platforms would be beneficial but not essential.
