Location - Watford - Commutable from Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Luton, Rickmansworth, Edgware etc
Salary - £34,000 per annum

My client is one of Hertfordshire's leading care providers. They are currently looking for a Residential Deputy Manager to manage their stunning care home in the Watford area. This home is an idyllic care home that has been specifically designed to ensure residents live in a homely environment but with modern facilities.
As a Deputy Manager you will assist with all aspects of the day to day running of this stunning home. As a Manager you will led with authority, passion, and compassion. Our client requires candidates who have strong person-centred care knowledge. They require Deputy manager candidates who make residents feel valued and genuinely cared for. Successful Deputy Manager candidates have a flair for business and the drive to make a commercial success of the home, but also be equally committed to creating a nurturing environment for your residents and for your staff.
Experienced Residential Deputy Managers are preferred, however, experienced Team leaders/ Unit Managers stepping up will also be considered.
