Job description

Manage and oversee the entire accounting team; directly line managing 1 person who in turn manages 2-3.
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Oversee the preparation of all financial audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to group level finance
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level to align with company goals
Making sure the site follows company procedure
Continually review and improve financial processes and systems
