Job description
Our client is an award-winning, business-to-business telemarketing agency based in the centre of Brighton. Due to steady growth, they currently seek a Telemarketing Executive to join their team.
The role of a Telemarketing Executive is to reach out to prospective business leads, ascertain interest in a given product or service, conduct online demonstrations if required and close with interested parties / thank those who feel it is not for them.
Successful candidates will be required to have previous sales experience, a mature mindset, an understanding of when to seek a close and when to give a customer space, and excellent organisational ability.
This role is about good listening skills, clear communication and understanding the needs of the customer – it is NOT about closing a deal at any cost.
In return a salary of £10.90 per hour is provided. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and the office is based in the centre of Brighton. For further information please apply below.
