We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk to join our team at A.G.G Recruitment Agency. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database, ensuring the efficient operation of our recruitment processes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Enter and update candidate and client information into the database accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors as needed.
- Assist with sorting and organising documents and files.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as required.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
