Job description
The successful applicants will be working in our yard/factory ensuring the smooth running of the timber yard and timber frame factory, experience in this type background is a bonus and a full fork lift counterbalance license is essential, side loader licence also desirable .
All PPE will be supplied
Working hours:
7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday
7:00am – 3:30pm Friday
Starting rates can be discussed in person.
What You Will Do
Unloading/checking Goods in.
Picking timber for saws.
Wrapping finished timber frame panels and stacking in yard
Stacking/organising timber in the yard, labelling as required with job name.
Loading our vehicles with houses to go to site.
Cleanliness/efficient working in yard
What you will have:
Take responsibility for own work, self-motivation, enthusiasm, ability to take initiative.
To anticipate and counter problems before they arise. Deal with incidental problems efficiently with the minimum of disruption to work programme.
Actively contribute and share in thoughts to make things run more efficiently , be part of a team .
Good communication and friendly manner when dealing with clients or staff.
