Store Manager, West Drayton

The Role

Their decorator centre in West Drayton is looking for a new Store Manager. With a helping hand from the Assistant Manager, you'll be in charge of day-to-day store operations, monitoring targets, profits and losses, as well as looking after the development, engagement and motivation of store colleagues. You'll also take on an account manager role, forming close partnerships with key customers and ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service and a perfect cuppa every time they shop with us.
