Supply Teacher

Location: Surrey

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours

Salary: £100 - £160 per day

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Supply Teachers/Cover Supervisors for day to day supply for our client secondary schools in the Guildford area. Whether you are available for one day a week or full-time we want to hear from you!

Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to secondary school students
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Provide feedback on student progress to regular teachers
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or abroad
• Degree in relevant subjects
• Masters qualification

Experience:

• Experience in teaching or working with young people
• Experience in managing classroom behaviour

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the UK education system
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

• Temporary position with the potential for full-time hours
• Work in secondary schools in the Guildford area
• Varied work schedule based on school needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
