As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service at every interaction. Your duties will include:
Candidate will ideally have prior experience in a customer service role, although this is not a strict requirement. It’s crucial that applicants have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and resolve their enquiries. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling stressful situations, maintaining composure under pressure to ensure customer satisfaction. They should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, enabling them to think quickly and provide solutions. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to the workplace, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
