Due to growth, we have a new opportunity available for an Order Processor, based in Earls Colne.
This offers a salary of £26’000 to £30’000, depending on your experience.
Benefits for the Order Processor include ample free car parking, holiday, pension and a great working environment. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch, and Fridays are 8am to 3.30pm!
As the Order Processor, you will provide quotations to trade customers, on set discounts, and gain their sign off. You will also accurately process their orders for aluminium windows, on the LOGIKAL system. The LOGIKAL system is the leading software package for the glazing industry. This will involve checking customer orders, raising any customer queries and entering the customers order, which is linked to the factory for production. You will also check the information on the orders to ensure compatibility with the aluminium system or product required, and advise of any cost or material variations which involves liaison with other departments, ensuring orders are issued to production as soon as possible.
Previous experience within aluminium windows using the LOGIKAL system is essential for this Order Processor role.
Experience in understanding customer surveys, drawings or plans including section drawings for aluminium glazing would be beneficial, but this is not essential.
