Role : Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location : Oxfordshire hybrid 3 days
Salary :
Sector experience essential: Technology recruiting within Hardware and Engineering experience within the Robotics Sector will also be beneficial.
My client is an innovative Tech Start up that specialise within AI and Robotics they are at a crucial and exciting stage as they scale up and expand they are looking to hire a pivotal and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their specialist team.
You will act as an internal search professional and utilise different mediums to secure candidates into the hiring process Using all possible routes to the market and according to business needs. As Talent Acquisition you will lead the sourcing screening and selecting of candidates across the Hardware Engineering and Robotics business function at all levels introducing candidates to the internal hiring managers/Head of departments.
The role in detail:
Contribute to the delivery of a quality Talent Acquisition service which contributes to the wider Talent Acquisition strategy and objectives.
Identify attract and introduce passive candidates into the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the hiring need.
Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist team by identifying candidates for live positions pools and pipelines through target vertical markets and relevant businesses to source from including market mapping of competitor company structures.
Create accurate and engaging adverts promoting the clients values.
Actively search via multiple sourcing channels including social media research/Recruitment databases new joiner recommendations and existing talent pools to identify relevant candidates for current and future recruitment plans.
Monitor conversions of search to interview conversion of interview to offer and accurately record weekly data on the Talent Acquisition Tracker
Monitor forecasted roles and proactively search ahead of golive date to identify skills.
Engage with speculative candidates introducing the skills into the function/discipline pools.
Build a network of talent through the effective use of LinkedIn and other social media tools.
Facilitate recruitment days and events.
Able to support high volume hiring.
Maintain professionalism and high standards with your work ethics.
Your experience:
Working knowledge of internal recruitment processes currently working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or a Recruiter/Delivery Consultant within an agency previously.
Having recruited with the IT sector is essential desirable having experience recruiting within Hardware and Engineering within Technology.
Working with a startup.
Working knowledge of searching and engaging with passive candidates (essential)
Ability to create and track individual and metrics (essential)
UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle Free onsite parking
