Trade Team Recruitment are looking for a Property Manger for a immediate start in Oxford
Job Description - To be responsible for delivering excellent property management service within Specialist Housing
- To deliver high quality housing management support to residents
- To act as the single point of contact for residents
Key responsibilities
- To participate in the allocation of rented accommodation to applicants including
issuing tenancy paperwork, collection of payments and effective turnaround of properties minimizing rental loss. - To carry out and monitor regular estate and property inspections.
- Be responsible for resolving customer queries promptly.
- Maintain all relevant documentation to the required standards.
- To actively build relationships and work with Stakeholders to support residents.
- 08:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri.
- £17 per hour paid on a weekly basis.
Experience needed
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a Housing Association.
- To have any relevant qualifications that will support you in the role.
- Must have fantastic customer service/people skills.
